Independer offers company consultancy within the area of internationalization, and mainly turns to small to mid-sized Swedish companies and is located in the Entrepreneurial area of Småland, Sweden. Independer has an extensive business experience and a reliable contact network from and in the Benelux, UK, German and Polish market, but also takes on assignment for other European markets.

Collect main market data (demographics, total market, market segments, main competitors, key opportunities, main threats, potential company strengths and weaknesses)

Project Scoping & Planning

Independer will support Your company in identifying main opportunities and help develop main goals

Independer will manage and facilitate the planning of entering a new geographical market, as well as helping you identify key actions and investment budget

Project Execution

Independer acts as a Project Manager, leading and reporting on the internalization project to the Management Board

Product Launch and network setup

Independer helps you launch and market new products. We have combined decades of product launch and marketing experience to help make your new products a success. We use three key marketing principles; Fact-Finding Interviews, Market Research and Competitive Analysis. We have successfully launched Swedish brands internationally, but also introduce new foreign brand into the Swedish market.
